Electrician in Preston
Switchboards, safety switches and rewires across Preston, from a sparky who is based one suburb over. Preston is City of Darebin, a few minutes from me in Reservoir.
Preston is full of post-war brick veneers off High St, and they share a pattern. Solid houses, sound structure, and a switchboard that has not been touched since the place was built. Add a dishwasher, a dryer, a couple of air conditioners and whatever else has accumulated over the decades, and the board is carrying far more than it was designed for.
That is why switchboard upgrades and safety switch installs are most of what we do here. Closer to the newer developments around the station the work shifts toward EV chargers and the circuits people need when they go all electric.
