Electrician in Fairfield

Fairfield is mostly Californian bungalow and Edwardian, on bigger blocks than the suburbs closer in, and largely owner occupied. The jobs here tend to be planned rather than urgent, which means we are usually quoting against a renovation or a family that has outgrown the house.

Bungalows have generous roof space and a decent subfloor, so they are genuinely easy to work in. The constraint is almost always the board. A house with one original circuit per room cannot take a new kitchen, a bathroom, air conditioning and a studio out the back without the board being done first. Worth doing that part once rather than three times.
