Electrician in Fitzroy North

Fitzroy North is almost all double-storey Victorian terrace, and terraces are the fiddliest houses to wire. No side access, no roof space worth crawling, solid masonry party walls, and a heritage overlay over most of the streets around Edinburgh Gardens.

That changes the method rather than the price. Cable gets run through floors and cupboards instead of the ceiling, and the board usually has to stay roughly where it is, because moving it to the front of a heritage frontage is not something you will get through. We quote terraces after looking at the access, not off a floor plan, because that is where the hours actually go.
