Electrician in Ivanhoe
EV chargers, board capacity, new circuits and rewires across Ivanhoe. Ivanhoe is City of Banyule, east of home base in Reservoir.
Ivanhoe has the largest houses on our patch, mostly interwar and Californian bungalow on wide blocks off Upper Heidelberg Rd, plus a fair amount of newer building. The work follows the house size, so it is more circuits and more load rather than more faults.
The question that comes up most here is capacity. An EV charger, ducted air conditioning, an induction cooktop and a pool pump on a board that was sized decades ago is the point where things start tripping, and the honest answer is sometimes that you need the supply looked at rather than another circuit squeezed in. We will work out which it is before quoting anything.
